Your Ideas, Your Story, Architected into Authority.

You've done the thinking. We build the artifact.

The Publishing Paradox

You have spent decades building your authority. Yet, when it comes to codifying that expertise into a book, the industry offers you two deeply flawed paths:

1. The Traditional Labyrinth — You spend two years begging for permission from gatekeepers, only to sign away the rights to your own intellectual property and lose control of your final message. You may get the prestige of publishing with one of the Big Five, but does anyone care anymore? And you still have to market and promote just like everyone else.

2. The Vanity Assembly Line — You pay a “done-for-you” agency — from stupid cheap to scammy overpriced — to ghostwrite a generic manuscript with poor formatting and amateur design. The result is a flimsy, uninspired business card that actively diminishes your brand.

Crossroads Press is the third path.

The Crossroads Architecture

You have spent decades building your authority. Yet, when it comes to codifying that expertise into a book, the industry offers you two deeply flawed paths:

Your authority requires a bespoke approach. We do not mass-produce content. We architect authority.

Complete ownership, guided by Ph.D.-level narrative architecture and deeply experienced design work, resulting in a physical artifact worthy of the ideas inside it.

Who This Is For

Crossroads Press works with a specific kind of person: the executive, researcher, entrepreneur, or practitioner who has something real to say and the raw material to say it — and who understands that a book is not a document. It is an artifact. It represents you permanently, in rooms you will never enter, to people you will never meet.

We do not ghostwrite. We do not hand you a template and wish you luck.

We take your manuscript — your draft, your structured notes, your organized expertise — and we architect it into a finished book. That means narrative structure and editorial refinement. Interior typography designed to the standard of serious publishing houses. A cover built to compete on any shelf. Print setup, distribution, and your own publisher imprint, owned entirely by you.

You retain all rights. All royalties. All creative control.

If you are still figuring out what your book is about, we are not the right fit yet. If you know exactly what you have and need someone to build it into something worthy of it — we should talk.

Not sure whether your book is ready to build? That's exactly what the Legacy Audit is for. Some clients arrive with a finished manuscript. Others arrive with two years of expertise and no clear structure yet. The audit works either way — because the first job is always to find out what you're actually making.

The Engagement

Every Crossroads Press project runs on a fixed six-month production timeline with defined phases and deliverables. This is not arbitrary — it is how serious books get made without the project becoming a years-long source of dread for everyone involved.

Phase One — Architecture  (Weeks 1–4)

Manuscript assessment, structural editing, narrative throughline established. Every decision about what the book is and how it works gets made here. Nothing moves to production until this phase is complete and approved by you.

Phase Two — Production  (Weeks 5–20)

Interior design and typography. Cover design. Proofreading. Print-ready files. This is where your ideas become a physical object.

Phase Three — Launch  (Weeks 21–24)

Publisher imprint setup. KDP and IngramSpark accounts established in your name. ISBN registration. Distribution live. You leave with a fully independent publishing infrastructure you own outright.

After delivery, ongoing support is available at a monthly retainer rate for clients who want continued guidance on marketing, additional titles, or long-term publishing strategy.

Investment: begins at $9,500 for complete production.

A six-month contract is required. Scope and final investment are confirmed during the Legacy Audit.

Start Here: The Legacy Audit — $750

Before a single page is designed, we need to know what we’re building and whether it’s ready to build.

The Legacy Audit is a rigorous 90-minute working session — not a sales call — in which we assess your manuscript, identify your core narrative throughline, and map the architectural decisions your book requires. You leave with a written Narrative Map: a document that becomes either the blueprint for your Crossroads production, or a standalone asset you can take anywhere.

If you move forward with a full Crossroads engagement, the $750 is credited in full.

If you don’t — you still have an honest professional assessment and a clear roadmap from someone who has built books at this level. For many clients, that alone is worth more than they expected.

The Legacy Audit is not a consultation. It is the first real act of making your book.

The Architect Behind the Book

I am a Ph.D., author, TEDx speaker, and the Managing Director of the Crossroads Publishing Group. For over two decades, I have lived at the intersection of psychology, literature, and publication. Alongside overseeing our literary and interactive imprints, my primary focus is Crossroads Press, where I architect the authority of visionaries into physical artifacts that outlive them.

I do not take every project. I take the right ones.
